WSR reaches many foreign teachers through its connections abroad and by using advertisements that are updated regularly. WSR maintains a resumé / CV data bank that is continuously being updated and expanded.

Teachers apply with copies of their degrees, teaching licenses, certifications and other credentials, passports, police and health reports and their list of references. WSR then verifies the documents and information of their teachers.

WSR guarantees to secure a different teacher for the school during the first 3 months if a school wants to change a teacher due to reasonable and probable cause or vice versa.

WSR will provide a substitute teacher to the school if a teacher has a health problem that prevents them from working for more than 10 days.

Furthermore, WSR is also involved in recruiting teachers for social activity areas such as drama, sports, etc.
