2.  A WSR staff member will contact you to arrange an interview (via telephone, webcam or in person).

 3.  References and documents are checked. (Reference e-mail and telephone numbers are needed.)

 4.  If you are offered a contract, sign it and return it to our offices.

 5.  WSR administers a psychometric test to determine if the applicant is suited for work as a teacher in Turkey and does not exhibit any obvious personality disorders.
